Our story isn’t complicated. It all started with our love for our dogs. We want them to be happy, healthy, and full of life, and we genuinely believe that all starts with great nutrition. The food we were feeding them did not feel right – we wanted them to thrive on the same good stuff we nourished ourselves with.

So, we began making food for our Pooches right in our kitchens. Fresh, wholesome ingredients, meals made with love. What we started for our pups quickly blossomed. We found ourselves making fresh dog food for our families, then for our friends, and before long, their dogs joined the happy, healthy pack.

But we knew there was more to learn. We embarked on a two-year educational journey to understand the science behind pet nutrition. We realized that even though we were using the best possible ingredients – human-grade protein, vegetables, and fruits – we needed an expert on our team. That’s when Jessica Otten, a brilliant pet nutritionist, joined our pack.

With Jessica’s expertise in animal nutrition and our two years of research, we knew it was time to take the next step. We could not keep all this goodness confined to our home kitchens! 

Pooches’ Kitchen was born, and our dream of sharing delicious, healthy meals with all the dogs we love became a reality.
